Consumers information sheet now available

An information sheet about how the new Uniform Law, applying in NSW and Victoria, protects the rights of consumers is now available in 'For Consumers' under the 'Information Resources' tab on our main menu bar.
A suite of information sheets for legal practitioners is already available about legal costs and cost disclosure obligations, costs agreements, billing provisions, costs assessment and other topics.

The Legal Services Council and Commissioner for Uniform Legal Services Regulation acknowledges the Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander peoples as custodians of Australia and pay their respects to Elders, past and present.
