The Legal Profession Uniform Law (Indexed Amounts) Notice 2020 shows the actual indexed amounts that will apply to sums of $10,000 ($11,665); $100,000 ($116,635) in the Uniform Law; and $25,000 ($29,160) in the Victorian Application Act from 1 July 2020 to 30 June 2021. The calculation of the indexed amounts is based on the latest CPI number published by the Australian Statistician and in accordance with rule 111A.
